Welcome to The Father's Mercy Foundation ("Foundation", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our website and community platform at fathersmercyfoundation.org (or localhost during development), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
The Father's Mercy Foundation is a faith-based platform dedicated to supporting widows, orphans, and the vulnerable. All users are expected to engage with respect, compassion, and integrity consistent with our Christian faith values.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at admin@fathersmercyfundation.org.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
You retain ownership of content you post (testimonies, messages, prayer requests). By posting, you grant The Father's Mercy Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use your content to operate the platform. We will never sell your content to third parties.
All Foundation content, logos, devotionals, and resources are owned by The Father's Mercy Foundation and may not be reproduced without permission.
Prayer requests submitted through our platform are treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. They are received by our admin team and prayer leaders only. We will never publicly share your prayer requests without your explicit consent.
All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary. We are a registered Nigerian foundation (CAC). We commit to using all donations transparently for our stated programs. Donations are non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances. We will issue receipts upon request.
Our platform may use third-party services (Google Sign-In, Google Gemini AI) subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Our platform uses Google Gemini AI to assist writers. AI-generated content suggestions are tools to assist human writers and do not represent the official position of the Foundation. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-assisted content they publish.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
The Father's Mercy Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
